bdokp Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdokp ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services provided by bdokp, including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, crash games, account management, and all associated promotional activities. These Terms are effective upon your first access to the bdokp platform and remain in effect for the duration of your account. bdokp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on the bdokp platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the bdokp platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered users with active accounts, and any users accessing the platform through a third-party link or referral. If you access bdokp on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

bdokp reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or void bets at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated these Terms. Access to bdokp may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdokp is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

When registering an account on bdokp, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, phone number, and password — and for all activities that occur under your account. bdokp will never request your password through chat, email, or any channel other than the official login form. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must change your password immediately using the account security settings and notify bdokp support through the official contact email at [email protected]. bdokp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

bdokp uses SSL encryption on all account data transmissions. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — requiring submission of a valid national identification document, selfie, and proof of residential address — is mandatory before processing a player's first withdrawal. KYC documents must belong to the account holder. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All bonuses offered by bdokp — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL and IPL — are subject to wagering requirements and additional terms specific to each offer. The full terms for any bonus, including the applicable wagering requirement (rollover), eligible games, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and expiry date, are displayed in full before the bonus is activated. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, exploiting software errors or technical faults, or colluding with other users to manipulate bonus eligibility — is strictly prohibited. bdokp reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn where bonus abuse is identified. All bonus decisions are made at bdokp's sole discretion and are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdokp platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances: (a) Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform; (b) Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain; (c) Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; (d) Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity; (e) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process; (f) Attempting to access or interfere with another user's account; (g) Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions in a manner that violates these Terms.

bdokp further prohibits any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward other users or platform staff. Communications through any bdokp channel — including support chat or email — must remain respectful at all times. bdokp reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct violates these prohibitions, and all such determinations are final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdokp shall not be liable for: (a) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from any platform downtime, technical fault, or service interruption; (c) Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or game outcomes; (d) Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; (e) Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

bdokp's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their bdokp account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and bdokp arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication via [email protected]. If direct resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the parties may pursue resolution through available legal channels. Any formal dispute must be raised within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim; claims raised after this period are waived. bdokp's decisions on matters within its sole discretion — including bonus eligibility, account suspension, and bet voiding — are not subject to external dispute resolution.
